Our Mission & Story

The inspiring journey that led to the creation of ZACK Humanitarian Foundation

Our Mission

To improve rehabilitation and reintegration of internally displaced persons, especially those with mental health challenges, into society.

To promote employment and improve the welfare and wellbeing of the less privileged in society by providing and promoting training and skill acquisition.

To provide spiritual, emotional, and practical care to vulnerable populations including the mentally ill, widows, orphans, and economically disadvantaged.

How It All Began

On December 2nd, 2020, a transformative event set the course for ZACK Humanitarian Foundation. Prophet Zackson, accompanied by Pastor Uchechukwu Chikezie and Evangelist Regina Ogbuehi, visited the family of Elder Onyenma Ademe to minister spiritual deliverance to his son, Emmanuel Onyenma Ademe.

Emmanuel had suffered from severe mental illness for 25 years. Despite countless attempts at rescue and stabilization, he remained trapped in his condition. The spiritual exercise performed that day proved to be a turning point. Following the deliverance prayer session, Prophet Zackson undertook the emotional labor of helping Emmanuel process and release the deep spiritual and psychological burdens he had carried for quarter of a century.

Moved by Emmanuel's desperate need and the family's suffering, Prophet Zackson made a life-changing decision: he took Emmanuel into his own home and placed him under his personal care and custody. This became the first act of the ministry that would eventually grow into the ZACK Humanitarian Foundation.

A Community Transformed

By January 2021, the transformation in Emmanuel's life was undeniable. Those who had known him for 25 years witnessed a complete change. The man who had been bound to an ancient spiritual entity known as "Nkpata Mmiri of Ubakala"—a deity that had held him captive and demanded his worship—was now free and restored.

The community recognized this miracle as an act of divine intervention. This realization sparked a profound spiritual awakening. The people of Ubakala came together, and with community contributions and support from generous helpers like Evangelist Mrs. Comfort Odigbo and Elder Onyenma Ademe himself, Prophet Zackson conducted a three-day deliverance and revival program that liberated the entire community from the oppressive influence of the shrine.

What began as a personal ministry to one suffering individual had grown into a community-wide spiritual and social movement. The success of this endeavor demonstrated the power of compassionate intervention combined with spiritual faith and community solidarity.

Growing Impact

The healing of Emmanuel Onyenma Ademe and the community deliverance brought widespread recognition of Prophet Zackson's ministry. People began coming to him with numerous spiritual and health-related cases. Recognizing the pattern of need and his calling to serve, Prophet Zackson began structuring his ministry into formal programs.

Emmanuel's care expanded to include vocational training in furniture and upholstery. For the first time in his life, Emmanuel learned a trade that would enable him to contribute to society and earn a sustainable livelihood. This expansion of services—from spiritual intervention to practical skill development—became the foundation for the holistic approach that defines ZACK Humanitarian Foundation today.

When Prophet Zackson observed the profound joy and renewed hope that returned to Emmanuel's mother after her son's healing, he made another pivotal decision. He placed her on a monthly allowance starting in July 2021, demonstrating the foundation's commitment to not only healing individuals but sustaining entire families.
